555ck (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online betting and casino entertainment service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 555ck.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to bonus claims. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may not use multiple bonuses at the same time unless specifically approved.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for placing bets.
• If wagering is not completed within the set period after a bonus is credited, the bonus may be forfeited.
• 555ck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

555ck is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The games available on our platform are supplied by third-party game providers who use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. 555ck reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, server error, or any other technical problem, 555ck will attempt to void that round and return the wagered amount. However, server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

6.4 Sports Betting

The following conditions apply when placing bets on markets available in the sports betting section:

• Bets placed before an event begins will be settled according to the rules set for that event.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the stake for that bet will generally be refunded.
• When participating in live betting markets, live odds may change rapidly — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing coordinated or artificial bets with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the game software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Colluding with other members through corrupt arrangements.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.

The 555ck website, logo, designs, software, content (text, graphics, images), and all other materials are protected under our intellectual property rights or those of our licensors.

You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, without our prior written permission:

• No content may be copied, distributed, or republished.

555ck may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Where a breach of any of these Terms has been established.
• Where fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected.
• Where identity verification has not been completed or evidence of false information has been found.
• Where there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

10.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If all active bonus terms have not been met before the account is closed, those bonuses will be forfeited. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms.
